About Us

Sunday School Dropouts was founded by Jack and Gretchen Hall, drama writers and directors who had a slightly different approach to Christian drama than normal. Recognizing that not everyone has a Christian’s eye view of the world, Jack and Gretchen rejected cookie cutter, slice of life dramas that present a “sanitized for your salvation” view of the world and chose to connect with non-believers and confront the hypocrisy of their fellow Christians through dark humor, wit, and sarcasm.

Browse around and you’ll find this is not your average Christian drama site. This is over the edge, sarcastic, in your face drama that will shock, amaze, and certainly get people's attention. You’ll find skits, plays, films, and songs on this website that most churches won’t dare allow in the doors.

Some of our stuff may make you mad or even offend you.  We’re fine with that. We didn’t set out to become the most popular Christian drama resource on the web. We’d rather be the best at making an impact and effecting real change in other people’s lives.
